       焊接原理是:利用超聲波換能器把高頻電能轉化為機械振動能,再通過超聲波焊接模具傳遞到焊件接觸面。機械振動就會產生高溫,當到達焊件熔點時,塑料件就會熔化。超聲波焊頭再施加一定的壓力,當機械振動停止后,塑料件就迅速冷卻凝固,就會形成超聲波焊頭與底模所設計特定形狀。并且達到完美焊接效果,焊接強度跟原材料一樣。超聲波焊接機:在汽車業的應用:制造車身塑料零件,汽車車門、汽車汽車儀表、車燈車鏡、遮陽板、內飾件、濾清器,反光材料、反光道釘、保險杠、拉索、摩托車用塑料濾清器、散熱器、制動液罐、油杯、水箱、油箱、風管、尾氣凈化器、托盤濾板、自行車零件、自行車尾燈、電動自行車零件等。

       二、設備操作描述:
       本機為單頭一體式超聲波焊接機,超聲波發生器與主機有電纜線連接,避免了由于工作時的振動而造成的故障。
       三、超聲波焊接的基本原理及特點:
       由超聲波發生器產生15KHZ的高壓、高頻電信號,通過換能器的壓電逆效應轉換成同頻率的機械振蕩,并以音頻縱波的形式作用于塑料制品工件上,通過工件表面及內在分子間的磨擦而使傳遞到接口的溫度升高,當溫度達到工件本身的熔點時,元件接口迅速熔化,繼而填充于接口間的空隙,當震動停止,工件同時在一定的壓力下冷卻定形,達成完美的焊接。
